 Erica Ambrose, RMT
Erica recently completed a 3000 hour massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC (Dec 2013).  Erica believes in treating the client as a whole rather than just a specific problem, which may have brought them into the clinic in the first place. Erica uses a combination of relaxation techniques, including light or deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Muscle energy techniques, Craniosacral therapy, Joint mobilizations and Trigger point therapy to create a treatment plan specifically tailored to each client.  She has additional training in TMJ dysfunction and Thai Massage.  Erica also develops home-care programs designed to fit daily schedules and lifestyles.
Carolyn Powell, RMT
After enjoying regular massage therapy, and all of its health and wellness benefits for over 2 decades, Carolyn returned to school in 2011. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (3000 hour program) in 2013 and fully believes that everyone can enhance their sense of well-being with regular massage therapy. Having worked full-time in an office for many years, she has a keen interest in helping her clients decrease their stress levels, whether they are work or environment related.
